Member satisfaction survey

The College conducted a satisfaction survey for Fellows, Associates (Procedural and Advanced Procedural) and Certificants in 2022, with the view of measuring member satisfaction across a range of activities and identifying opportunities for improvement.

WE’RE HERE TO LISTEN

Based on the success of our inaugural survey, we will make this a biennial opportunity (the next in 2024).
